35FIT offers a 45-minute introductory training session with a trainer, during which the Milon and Power Plate equipment is introduced, training goals are set, and the necessary tests are performed to configure a personal profile. The Start Plus package also includes independent training sessions.

After the starter package, you can choose the Basic Training Zone membership package. Training options include Milon strength and cardio circuits, treadmills, and CLMBR vertical training equipment. The Milon smart system adjusts the equipment parameters based on the user's test results. The Milon Fitness Test is available as an additional service to measure flexibility, reaction speed, and balance. Additional training days and vitamin drinks can also be purchased with a valid membership package.
