OlyBet Golf Arena – the largest indoor golf center in the Baltics has opened its doors in Tallinn

Just outside Tallinn, there is now a place where golf can be played 365 days a year—regardless of rain, sleet, darkness, or wind. The brand-new OlyBet Golf Arena at Suur-Paala 19 has officially opened and is being presented as the largest and most modern indoor golf centre in the Baltics. nextgolf.ee+2spordiregister.ee+2

The centre's focus is clear: to make golf in Tallinn and throughout Estonia accessible, convenient and modern both for those taking their first shots and those preparing for international competitions.

The largest indoor golf hall in the Baltic states, located in Lasnamäe, Tallinn

OlyBet Golf Arena is located on Suur-Paala tänav in the Lasnamäe district, about a ten-minute drive from central Tallinn. spordiregister.ee+2spordiregister.ee+2
This means that indoor golf is no longer “somewhere far outside the city,” but practically on the edge of the city center—convenient both for players working in the city and for those arriving from the airport or coming from the outskirts.

The center was built and renovated specifically with golfers' needs in mind. According to the Estonian Sports Register, it has an indoor area of approximately 864 m², featuring special artificial turf surfaces designed for golf, simulators, and a separate short-game area. spordiregister.ee+1

Top-level technology: 12 simulators, a range, and a 700 m² short-game area

OlyBet Golf Arena stands out from other indoor golf centres primarily due to its scale and equipment.

The center has: Thril+3spordiregister.ee+3spordiregister.ee+3

• 12 modern golf simulators, suitable for both right- and left-handed players;

• an approximately 700 m² short game area, where you can practise putting, chipping and more challenging shots;

• 10-bay indoor range, which simulates the feel of an outdoor course, but without the wind and rain;

• indoor bunker, which helps build confidence in sand shots;

• special artificial turf surfaces for different shots, replicating actual course conditions;

• a separate zone for physical conditioning and strength training.

The simulators allow players to play on world-famous courses and track swing speed, ball flight, and technique. This is not simply “hitting at a screen,” but detailed data analysis that helps coaches and players make specific improvements.

Golf 365 days a year – for beginners and professional players alike

Traditionally, golf in Estonia has been a seasonal activity: on the course from spring to autumn, with a break or short indoor training periods in winter. OlyBet Golf Arena completely changes this logic.

The center is open every day, offering the opportunity to play and train year-round, without having to worry about the weather or limited daylight. nextgolf.ee+2GoodNews+2

A safe starting point for beginners

If golf seems expensive, complicated, or “only for businesspeople”, OlyBet Golf Arena breaks down these stereotypes.

The indoor golf centre is suitable for:

• for people who have never held a golf club before;

• for those who want to practise their feel for shots before heading out onto a real course;

• for those who are wary of outdoor course etiquette and want to first learn the rules and technique at their own pace.

There are guided training sessions and group courses where a coach helps you take your first swings without the pressure of “someone watching” and provides quick feedback. The centre's daily operations are managed by Next Golf – a company that has operated in the indoor golf sector since 2010 and also runs Eesti Golfikool, an officially registered hobby school for young people. For advanced players and professionals – a place to stay in shape

For experienced players, OlyBet Golf Arena offers the opportunity to:

• maintain your feel for the swing throughout the winter;

• analyse your swing using simulators;

• test new equipment under controlled conditions;

• undertake structured pre-season preparation.

Indoor golf is precisely what helps competitive players head into spring outdoor competitions without their game being “rusty”.

A contribution to the future of Estonian golf: preparing for European pro tour events

OlyBet Golf Arena is not merely a convenient indoor golf facility in Tallinn, but an important link in the broader landscape of Estonian golf.

Eesti Golfiliit and Estonian Golf & Country Club (EGCC) have announced that in the summer of 2026, Estonia will host its first professional golf tournament, the Infortar Estonian Challenge, which is part of the European hotel-based HotelPlanner Tour series. The tournament will be held at Estonian Golf & Country Club’s Sea Course from 30 July to 2 August 2026 and will bring 156 top-level players from across Europe to Estonia. golfmarkets.com+5golf.ee+5egcc.ee+5

Indoor golf centers, such as OlyBet Golf Arena, play a key role here:

• enable Estonian players to train at a professional level;

• support junior golf and the next generation of players;

• create an environment where future professionals can develop their skills without being held back by the off-season.

Therefore, OlyBet Golf Arena is not merely a new sports centre—it is part of a broader strategy that puts Estonian golf on the international map.

Who is OlyBet Golf Arena suitable for?

1. Office worker looking for a smart workout

Instead of driving through traffic jams after work, you can have a quick golf session:

• book one hour on the simulator;

• play 9 or 18 holes on a virtual course;

• stay active in a pleasant indoor environment.

This is a good alternative to both going to the gym and passively “watching a screen from the couch”.

2. A family looking for activities to do together

Golf is a sport that the whole family can enjoy. Indoor golf is a safe way for children to try it for the first time – there is no risk of the ball getting lost in the woods or water, and everything takes place in a controlled environment. Technology and a playful approach make training interesting for children.

3. Recreational player who does not want a winter break

If you are used to playing on an Estonian course from spring to autumn, OlyBet Golf Arena helps you maintain your rhythm and technique during winter as well. This means:

• less “starting from scratch” in spring;

• a stronger physical and technical foundation;

• greater confidence in their first competitions.

4. Competitive player who tracks their stats

Thanks to the simulators and measurement systems, you can track:

• swing speed;

• ball flight chart;

• spin, height, distance;

• shot consistency and repeatability.

Such data is indispensable if the goal is to play on the European pro tour in the future or remain at the top of your home club's rankings.

Prices, membership and booking

OlyBet Golf Arena offers both day passes and ongoing memberships. You can choose from various packages, including Club and Gold memberships, which provide unlimited time in the simulators and on the range, as well as additional discounts on equipment. nextgolf.ee+1

3. Explain your goal – if you are a beginner, feel free to say that this is your first time. If you are an advanced player, explain whether you want to focus on drives, iron shots or the short game.

4. Use a coach—even a short coaching session during your first few visits can help prevent incorrect movements from becoming ingrained.
