About the company
Abiheli is a company specialising in classical live music, with a primary focus on providing cello music to enhance events. The concept combines the sound of the solo cello with the flexibility to tailor the line-up of performers to suit the nature of the event. Johannes Sarapuu is listed as the performer on the website.
The repertoire centres on Johann Sebastian Bach’s solo cello suites, whose varied movements allow for the creation of a festive, warm, contemplative or more dance-like atmosphere. The music can be used as a standalone performance or as background music, and, by arrangement, can be complemented by a piano, a second cello or a string quartet. Abiheli combines the classical music format with the nature of the event and the desired mood.
